Instructions for use


Click on the calendar icon, and choose the date you're interested in:

 
In this example, we Click on the month, and then selct April:


The April calendar is now shown - we'll select 4th April:



When selected, the booking grid will then show availability from 4th April:



If you like, you can show more or less nights, and select the room type you are interested in, by clicking the appropriate buttons, and clicking Go:



To make your booking, simply click on the room and date you would like - for example, to book Double Room 3 from 4th April:



When you do that, a popup box will appear, asking you to confirm the number of people, and number of nights you would like to book for:



Click on the drop down lists, to make your selection, and then click the Confirm button:



The popup box will disappear, and the availability grid will be updated to show you have selected Double Room 3 for 2 nights:



You will also see above this, the room and cost of your booking so far:



At this stage, if you click the long button - Click below to add to booking - or click here to Continue >> - you will be taken to the next screen.

For the moment, we'll assume you would like to book an additional room.  This can be for a completely different room and date - and you would choose your date in the same way as above.

However, in this example, we'll simply book the twin room, for 1 person, for 2 nights.  So click on the Twin Room and 4th April:



Again, the popup will appear, allowing you to select the number of people, and the number of nights.  The availability grid will udpate again, as will the 'Currently reserved for you' section:





If you notice you have made an error, and should have booked for 2 nights, simply click on the on the room you would like to remove - this will remove it from your booking:



You are now free to click on the Twin Room again, and correct the mistake:





To proceed, click the long button:



This will take you to the next screen.  If the accommodation provider has chosen to, you will be able to select addtional items for your stay - eg. news papers, flowers, champane and so on.  If not, you will be taken to the personal details screen:



Where you simply fill out your details, and then click on the Confirm Booking button at the bottom of the screen:



If you choose to, you can go Back to add or amend the rooms/dates you have selected.

When you have filled in your personal details, and clicked the Confirm Booking button, you will be given a booking reference number:



This will also be confirmed to you, along with your booking information, in an email.

The accommodation provider you have booked with will check your booking, process any deposits required at this stage (this will be made clear on the booking form), and confrim your booking by email, and in some cases, by phone.
